Okay you have seen the artist summary! But this is the story - read on - ED DA MIA is a band that likes writing songs first! and playing live second! This creativity is what brings this whole thing all together! Damian Smith first made a few songs up and asked friend Jason Spehr to drum on them and then.................... The first Ed Da Mia album 'In Small Hours' was born! 10 very different songs that went thru many genres somtimes in the same songs (did that make sense?) and then 6 months later the second album "Battled Souls And Borrowed Times" was released in Feb 2007. It contained mainly hard rock songs with a tender side that pleased many!! Then Ed Da Mia started to play live gigs and they seem to impress local punters with their brand of music. Their third album is being demoed at the moment and maybe in autumn 2008 it will be realeased! PLease like us as we are easily offended! lol
