Bio

It’s the voice, the kind of voice that reminds you of so many greats with comparisons to
Liam Gallagher, Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Richard Ashcroft (The Verve), and Julian
Casablancas (The Strokes). ELI GREENEYES rocks a familiar 90’s tone re-worked with a fresh, brash & anthemic sound that stands alone and can’t quite be defined by any one genre. Its distorted guitars, large trap and hip-hop beats with honest, commanding, and relatable lyrics that act as a looking glass into the conflicted mind of the artist.

Merging Alt Rock, Pop Punk and Hip Hop makes a polarising blend for ELI GREENEYES who’s hailing from Perth WA.

ELI GREENEYES was birthed in a small bedroom in Brunswick, Melbourne in 2020 whilst on a journey of self discovery and learning to balance the right amount of angst and passion that makes this project all that more insatiable. Whilst crafting and producing his own intense sound he also works alongside and produces for Hip Hop artist Drapht.

Along with Declan Byrne including previous release “Lately “ in the Triple J Unearthed STAFF TOP 10 List, ELI GREENEYES has also been named by the theMusic.com.au in the TOP 25 ACTS AROUND THE COUNTRY TO WATCH 2021.

"Reminiscent of Oasis with hints of YUNGBLUD, Eli Greeneyes’ voice teems in desperation and anguish" - MUSIC FEEDS

"There are few songs out there which have the power, the energy, and the message needed to grab you by your collar, pull you in, and make you listen to every second" - TONE DEAF

Eli leaves nothing left unsaid with this latest rousing track. Listen to him go for broke on the delivery and just try not to be convinced.

Another belter from one of the best kept secrets in Australian music. I'm so keen for large scaled events to safely resume because it's clear your songs are worthy of a big festival moment!

Epic once again from Eli Greeneyes. He throws everything at the track like an energy-exhausted rock star.
