Artist:Ella Munro

Ella Munro is an LGBTQ+ artist from Perth telling stories through a pop punk/dirty blues/grunge folk cocktail that focuses on political, social and controversial issues. Ella’s stories come from her personal experiences and her observations of the wrongs and the odd quirks of modern society. Ella’s musical outlook has been shaped by her experience. A severe skating accident, mental health challenges and living on the street with her family has inspired Ella to use her music to help others understand some of these issues. Following her appearance at WAMfest 2018 Ella with her band has since released her double single 'Warhorse' championing the subject of mental health. They are soon to release their debut video clip for 'Coming Out' and looking to release an EP by the end of the year. Profound and heartfelt, Ella Munro is an act you cannot miss.
