Growing up in Canberra, A.C.T, Elle's parents were in a musical duo which sparked her life-long love for singing, performing and music. "I remember going to sleep listening to my parents practicing and jamming with their mates. I had posters of Elvis Presley in my childhood bedroom, and I listened to the ABBA album Gold: Greatest Hits on repeat", Elle said. "I dreamed of being a performer and people listening to my music." Now based in Stanthorpe, Queensland, Elle started making music a little over a year ago, after meeting and performing with fellow musicians in Warwick band 'SideTracked' and later, 'Smooth Talk'. With new found confidence and a little push from encouraging friends, Elle sat at her $99 keyboard and started writing songs. Her first release was inspired by the drought situation in Australia and the bushfires that ripped through her home town in 2019.
