Bio

Emily Daye is a Melbourne based acoustic folk-pop, singer-songwriter. Known for her captivating voice, uplifting guitar, solid bass lines and beautiful piano, she lets music be the voice of her thoughts in life. She spends her time performing at acoustic showcases and busking in Melbourne CBD.

She has supported various acts including Alan Barnes, Someday June, Lachie Ranford and Jane Cameron. She came won first prize at Hidden Garden Cafe's competition, Kew Junktion and also at Whole Lotta Love Bar's Open Mic Final. She has since performed showcases at various Melbourne venues such as The Wesley Anne, The Woodlands Hotel, and The Drunken Poet.

16th February 2018 Emily released her debut 5-Track EP titled Weatherman. November 1st 2018 saw the release of the first music video to accompany a track off Daye's EP - with the theme "set in stone", Along the Line music video is indeed something worth checking out!
