Ermine Coat is the solo project of Alex Griffin (Mining Tax, The Fruity Whites), and 'faulty landscape' is his third LP. It hones his eye for suburban detail and knack for weirdo arrangements, while pushing his songcraft to new planes of experimentation (yep, that's someone doing the dishes). Themes include teenage alcoholism, sudden homelessness, and Robin Thicke.
