Artist:Esme May

Esme May is a Perth based singer- songwriter struggling to make enough music to get her through high school. Her debut EP "Dark Spaces" features 5 songs, all independently recorded at Scudley Records. Her voice is unique; rising over the simplistic guitar to deliver lyric driven folk-pop sound. Obviously a literature student, her lyrics surpass her age and, with sounds reminiscent of early Laura Marling, make for a hauntingly catchy debut.
