Conceived within the Pub Jam Session culture in 1999 Ethanol have built a solid following through regular shows in Bendigo, Geelong & Melbourne. Their self-titled 2002 album received airplay on Triple J & Triple R. Ethanol have impressed the discerning punters at St Andrews Hotel (Melbourne’s Mecca of Blues & Roots Music). Performing at The Esplanade Hotel in St Kilda, Ethanol's brand of funk-rock mayhem has been received with open arms by Melbourne's punters. They debuted at the Apollo Bay Music Festival in 2006 to a rapturous reception & made a resounding splash at the Queenscliff Music Festival in 2007. Ethanol launched their new album “Out of the Red” in March’07. Ethanol released their 3rd and final album (LIVE @ THE NEWY) in December 2010.
