One late night in mid 2005, some like-minded friends had a thought. They wondered what would happen if they got together and started playing instruments - at the same time. They soon realised there was a lot of fun to be had playing instruments at the same time and started a band - this band was Euphony. The idea that is Euphony, is telling the story of the everyday. Drenching those standing in front of them with intricate drums, dancy riffs, bouncy bass and above all, a smile. This idea is carried out by Rick Collins (vocals/guitars), Stu Walters (guitars/backing vocals) and David Soole (drums/percussion). The band worked on their sound for a good year, drawing inspiration from an eclectic range of bands such as (but not limited to) Fall Out Boy, Motion City Soundtrack, Relient K, The Postal Service, Moneen, Sigor Ros, Fightstar, and Blink 182.
