    For 6 years, Fat Man’s Cleavage has been one of Brisbane’s most uncompromising and hard-working punk rock bands. Their live show is like a hit in the guts: outrageously loud, fast and tight, combined with challenging lyrics and near-acrobatic stage antics. The bands’ sound combines punk rock, ska/reggae and rockabilly styles into a tight and sharp package. Although the lyrics are humorous and often self-derogatory, the band definitely takes their craft very seriously. With a strong DIY ethic and a steadfast refusal to conform to passing trends, Fat Man’s Cleavage have developed a loyal fan-base and have gained respect and credibility throughout the Brisbane scene. The band have two releases under their belt: 2005’s “Unleash the Dingo” introduced listening audiences to the trio, and the independently released EP has sold over 700 copies so far.
