I think my biggest deception in life was hiding my singing from those close to me. Skipping forward the thing that stands in my mind was my first audition. It was at the Parmelia Hilton I was 16 years old. This was the first season Australian Idol and Guy Sebastian was found. Unsuccessful I never gave up. I tried out for Popstars the year Jason Bird and Scandalous won. I went back to Australian Idol at 20 and then X factor. By 22 I had done countless competitions and failed. My parents have been there for me, watched the rejection, the lost competitions, the failed auditions. I've put in the hard work, I've auditioned , I've dealt with those demons of not ever feeling good enough. I'm taking it into my own hands. Obstacles aside, distractions, criticism and insults I will never give up. You see I have come so far to just throw it away. 15 years of patience.
