Hailing from their underground lair that is the basement of the Star in Corowa, NSW, Forbidden Burning is a 5 piece metal act, aimed entirely at trashing the shit out of bass drums, microphones, guitar strings and your ears. Writing and playing a variety of metal from lighter (sort of, if you can call metal light) song, through to brutal blast beats, tremlos, and not forgetting the bloodcurdling screaming. But in difference to your usual metal sound, you'll hear a mix of many styles and influences ranging from the Progressive Masterminds of Opeth and Porcupine Tree, through to the metal of Parkway Drive, Lamb of God, Mudvayne, Slayer and beyond.
