Bio

Perth based electronic duo Fourth State are a collaboration between vocalist/songwriter Leah Miche and producer/composer Edoardo Moriconi. Forming in early 2018 they have effortlessly produced a timeless trip hop electro sound reminiscent of Lamb, Massive Attack, Bonobo and Sbtrkt.
Performing with a combination of sequencers, live percussion, guitar, analogue synthesisers and loop’s, Fourth State’s live show is a captivation journey creating simple yet expansive landscapes with infectious melodies and soaring vocals.

After the release of their debut single ‘Sink Or Swim’ Fourth State have a busy year ahead as they release their next single 'Lost In Dreams' (due out February 18) followed by sets at the 2019 Nannup Music Festival, Grooving The Moo Bunbury and support for Montaigne's national tour in Fremantle.
Along with working on further releases Fourth State continue to expand their live show.

Grand and empty landscapes, limitless salt flats and featureless deserts. You're putting all sorts of geography into my head with these sounds.
