Bio

I wrote “Baby Give It Up” after an incident at a music festival where a guy wouldn’t leave me alone to dance. I started talking to my friends about it and soon realised that everyone had gone through similar situations. I wanted to write this song as a message to people who don’t take no for an answer. If someone asks you to stop, then stop.

'Baby Give It Up' and 'Better Person' were produced and mixed by Matt Neighbour (The Avalanches, Courtney Barnett, Matt Corby). The songs are taken from an upcoming EP, due in April.

you've channeled this anger and frustration into a stylish and empowered creation. demand that space.

I'm sorry to hear about what influenced this song but full credit to you for turning that around and into a gosh darn TUNE. This is my fave track of yours to date - the horns, that jazzy percussion and vocally, girl you SLAY.

The internal lyrical battle, the voices, that hook, the arrangement. It's a very complete and addictive song.
