"Friend or Foe" are a metal/hardcore band from the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Formed in early 2012, with numerous lineup changes are now ready to take the stage following the release of their debut E.P titled "The Cover Up". With a mix of hardcore, heavy metal and metalcore influences, FOF offer a unique live experience filled with commanding stage presence, heavy breakdowns and melodic guitars. "The Cover Up" released August 1 2013, making the band one to be taken seriously in the next coming months.
