Froot Luips are a five-piece Alt-rock-psych-surf-garage band from Melbourne. All with very diverse backgrounds in music and coming from all over the country, Clay, Fergus, Harry, Llewelyn and Sam all met and formed the band through the same music course in Melbourne. Utilising the schools resources for rehearsal rooms They've worked away at countless jams to form many demo's, one album and a very energetic live show. With influences ranging from Melbourne's own King Gizzy, to The oh sees, Ty Segall, The Sword, Tame Impala, Led Zeppelin, Jimmi, Sleep, Kikagaku Moyo and the list goes on, extensively. Froot Luips have managed to form their own Garage band with long and short, peaceful and heavy bangers. Since august 2017 Froot Luips have emerged with a steady run of shows around Melbourne's best local venues, released their debut album titled 'Spilt Milk' with plans to release one or two more in 2018.
