Gage formed in early 2009 as a collection of musicians who all grew bored of the current trends in popular music, and so endeavoured to each bring their own influences together in an amalgam of classic rock, sludge metal, progressive rock and punk with ambient atmospherics combined with powerful driving rock riffs.
