Bio

A recording project of two close friends from different musical backgrounds. Flats, from bands such as Durbeyfield, Grizzly Jim Lawrie and Flats and the friendly few has been swapping music with Mardo, from Hercules in New York and Bastards of Rhythm, for many years. Through Sunday afternoon jam sessions, they have slowly developed an album with a distinctly individual sound.

sweet rolling slow burner. Awesome atmosphere reminiscent of Radiohead circa amnesiac or hail to the thief...but a little more positive in its melody. Great track.

Somehow bouncy and ethereal at the same time. Quirky and a little hypnotising. Great vocals, and some amazing harmonies...

Fucking awesome. Lots of layers of all kinds of instruments and sounds, including some horns and what sounds like a banjo. Love that the vocals are just another layer rather than standing out particularly from the rest, So different to everything else I'm hearing.
