Bio

Georgia June is an pop rock Sydney-based band. Influenced by 80-90s bands like Blondie, Divinyls, Talking Heads, Elastica and Prince, the band formed in July 2017 and since then have released three singles, Cool, Broke and now the newly released Pressure. Georgia fronts the band with her honest and powerful presence, captivating people through her confronting lyrics and endless energy. Georgia, Joe Plunkett (Bass), Jack Johnston (Guitar), Lewis Mosley (Guitar and Keys) and James Spittaler all attend the University of Sydney, they’ve been gigging non-stop since they formed, and just came out of playing Falls Festival 2018. This year is an exciting one for the band as they work on their debut EP set to be released mid 2018.
