Artist:Georgie Raft

Georgie Raft is a 16 year old singer/songwriter from Adelaide. In 2016 Georgie won ‘Young Composer of The Year’ in South Australia for her song ‘Black’ and performed it at the ASME awards ceremony. That year she also wrote two songs, ‘Please Come Back’ and ‘Where Am I Going?’, which both made the semi-finalist category of the International Songwriting Competition. This year she became a semi-finalist again for the third year in a row in the Teen category of the International Songwriting Competition, with ‘Standing In Your Shadow’. Georgie now has 4 of her songs in the finals of the Australian Songwriting Awards while her latest single 'Better Off' has been featured in 4 of Spotify's international playlists including 'New Pop Sounds'. Georgie and her brother Jack perform as duo Ignite! and in 2017 won the People's Choice Award at the Royal Adelaide Show Talent awards.
