Ghetto Crystals are a brand new grungy, electropop group coming out of Fremantle, featuring Doug May, Scarlett Stevens (San Cisco), Jen Aslett (Gunns) and Abbe May. Ghetto Crystals are hard to pin down stylistically, they flit from Brooklyn b-boy sonics, to Dirty Guitar sounds all under pinned with the kind of off-kilter pop sixth sense that simply gets you on your feet. Songs like "Shake a Badonkadonk” and “Die 4 U” are an up tempo mix of the old school and new Wave super cool.
