Bio

A year out to write, record, produce and reset has seen G&Ds sound once again shaped by time. This first track in a series of singles to come, is a chilled and reflective contemplation of what stops a romance from growing when, in theory and on paper, it looks flawless.

G&D has reverted back to it's original duo format after 2 of it's band members, well, disbanded, losing one to vet school, and the other to France.

Andy and Zoe have taken the time to mourn, hibernate, and recreate. They've sharpened their production chops, worked with some gems in the Sydney scene and ultimately created some of their proudest works to date. 'Finally I can listen to our tracks in the presence of others without wanting to stab myself in the ear' says Andy to which Zoe emphatically exclaims 'YES!'

The guy/girl keyboard driven duo is getting a good workout these days. But I can't dismiss these guys. The strength of this new song is convincing.

The chorus has heaps of promise and sounds super rich and polished. Keep perfecting the way you build into it.
