Bio

Lutruwita (Tasmania) born, Kaurna (Adelaide) raised, now Meanjin (Brisbane) based First Nations singer-songwriter. GLVES is captivating. Her ability to tie her traditions with electronics is elegant and powerful. GLVES expresses her narratives with grace. Legacy is brilliant. It is so great knowing that this is the direction of many powerful voices coming out right now.

how about the drama in this one?! it's a mix of the modern and the classical and that didgeridoo is so impactful.

The first couple of GLVES tracks were warming us up for this showstopper. The whirring trip hop production and GLVES' evocative vocals are so strong - top it off with the didgeridoo feature from David Williams and you've got an enrapturing package.
