Artist:The Grains

The Grains sound encompasses a wide range of genres including Blues, Rock, Ska, Surf & Reggae with a Psychedelic twist; all mashed up i guess you would call it 'Psychedelic Roots'. Drawing Influence from a variety of bands such as Sublime, Hendrix & Bob Marley. Hailing from Byron Bay these guys grew up on the coast, which really shines through in the their music. Their laid-back vibe certainly doesn’t take away from the surrounding essence that these guys are destined for big things. The Grains have just returned home from a 26 show National Tour with Ash Grunwald, promoting Their EP 'The ballad of Sum Yung Gai'. The Grains feature Dallas James on lead vocals & guitar, Tom Flint on lead guitar, Chris Oniell on drums and Christian Barker on Bass.
