Any band that put on the breaks get compared to Flipper but this doesn’t sound like Flipper. This is stronger person’s music. They cut through the concrete and the only damn thing lubricating the whole operation is their slobber. No water needed, you are the rubble. Gravel Samwidge started in Sydney in 1989 playing with bands such as Lubricated Goat, Munroe's Fur, King Snake Roost, Tex Perkin's Butcher Shop before relocating to Melbourne in 1990 and gigging with the likes of Venom P.
