Bio

After releasing a string of energetic singles, Grenade Jumper’s latest release ‘The Power You Flaunted’ is a brash and authentic statement, that sees the band come into their own with a blistering, dark edged alt-rock sound.

The track is pulled from their upcoming two-track release, ‘What’s Left When It All Falls Down’, an exploration of stark lyrical themes and brooding ‘90s inspired indie-rock textures.

Since forming in 2018, the band have shared the stage with international heavy weights Deaf Havana (UK), as well as a slew of local legends like Between You & Me, Hellions and, Eat Your Heart Out.

The band garnered ‘Trendsetter’ status from triple j off the back of their first single ‘Get Ahead’, and have since received play on triple j’s ‘Home & Hosed’, extensive triple j unearthed rotation, as well as praise from Australian Guitar Magazine, HEAVY Mag, Women In Pop, Music Feeds and more.

not only are you flaunting your power in this mammoth anthem, but you sustain it across the full 4 min effort. can everyone wear their damn mask so we can listen to it in all it's live glory sooner rather than later?!

if grenade jumper pulled the pin out on the last couple, well the thing just exploded on this one. waax and press club fans need to get familiar with this mob right now.

Hell yeah, Grenade Jumper! Got that same spiky energy we've heard on the first singles but there's a bit more grit and menace in the mix.
