Bio

Serving up spirited grooves since their formation in 2017, Hill Town are well versed in laying down fluid, rhythmic guitars, catchy melodies and honest lyrics. Hill Town are an Australian four-piece indie rock outfit from the Southern Beaches of Sydney, consisting of vocalist and rhythm guitarist Josh Horner, lead guitarist Nick Wiles, bass guitarist Alex Kairies and drummer Lewis Mexted. Seen through their evocative choruses and overdriven leads, the group draws inspiration from artists like Catfish and the Bottlemen, Last Dinosaurs and Turnover. Hill Town have been spreading their energetic grit throughout many Sydney venues including The Lansdowne Hotel and The Vanguard. Their first two single releases ‘Young’ and ‘I Don’t Mind’ were well-received, further fuelling their insatiable appetite to gig, write and record. The band’s debut EP is due to be released late-2019. Be sure to catch Hill Town at their next gig, bringing you some passionate indie rock!

This is tidier than your place before a rental inspection. Clean and appealing indie rock reminiscent of many heroes of that scene.
