Hailing from the wonderland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, 5-piece band Holistic (consisting of Benjamin Nielson, Chris Downs, Dean Morcombe, Chris Booy and Steven Polwarth) set themselves apart from the standard Sunshine Coast music community, while mastering in a unique, loud and lively act of metal. Influenced by Veil of Maya, Threat Signal and Lamb of God, Holistic released their first 5-track EP titled “Perception of Reality” in 2015 which consisted of notable tracks such as Dancing with Demons, Forever and Never, and Breaking Point. The albums leading track, also titled Perception of Reality is said to be their most enrapturing track that captures every angle of the band’s relentlessly unique style and has made its way to be a fan favourite at every performance.
