Bio

Forming early 2018, in a blaze of musical fusion and aspiration, the honey hayze band has burst onto both the Australian and European music scenes without batting an eyelid. Equipt with a bag of catchy tunes and a genuine affinity for playing live, the boys are showing no signs of slowing down.

After a string of successful shows during the Australian summer, including a packed Northern Hotel on the same bill as Skeggs and a sold out Bondi Beach, the band has embarked on a whirlwind tour of Europe. The London Big Day out, Stoked in the Park Pamplona and opening for Art Vs Science in San Sebastian, Spain have all been successful for the Hayze in the lead up to their first single release 'Gypsy Lady'.

Lead by their charismatic front man Earl Weir, crowds every where have been given no choice but to dance to an all original set complete with catchy blues and psychedelic funky vibes . Coupled with the violent plucking and stylish strumming of Luke Martin and Rory Wheatly respectively, Gus Hart on the skins, Australian music royalty Dan Mac on the keys and Ben Sweeney as the sax lord, the sky is the limit with an EP set to be released throughout late 2018.

This song is guaranteed to make you feel like slowly melting wax oozing down a board that's been left in the car on a sunny arvo. Warm, tranquil, content.

At the same time is it a gentle reminder that it's time to delete a healthy amount of beers with a close group of mates. Perfect while you watch the sun be swallowed by the ocean before a potentially (likely) large night.
