Irksome Bliss is an energetic four-piece band from the Northern Beaches. Reflecting their many musical influences, the band has produced a wide range of rock/alternative music. The band worked with ARIA-award winning producer Wayne Connolly to produce a number of new songs at the end of 2007; they look forward to being back in the studio soon. But it's their love of live performances that keeps the band motivated and they look forward to touring extensively through 2008. Irksome Bliss has received rave reviews for gigs at The Factory Theatre, The Hopetoun Hotel, Manly Fishos, The Orange Grove Hotel and Yoyos Youth Centre to name a few. Their songs have featured on sound tracks for SBS productions as well as commercial surfing and fishing DVDs.
