Artist:Isla Imogen

Once upon a time there lived an 18 year old girl named Isla Imogen. Isla was born and raised in the magical tree ridden, beautiful beach driven, tourist town called Denmark. Although Isla was average in size and couldn’t play sport to save her life, she had an ear catching knack for writing quirky jazz/folk songs on her acoustic guitar. This little talent presented its self as worthy after it granted Isla a spot to play at the Fairbridge Folk Festival, being one of ‘The Quest’ winners in 2015 and also a performer at the Nanga Festival in 2016. These conquests inspired Isla to continue her study in the area of music, forcing her to leave her beloved Great Southern region and travel north to Perth where she now resides, Studying Jazz at WAAPA. Currently She is working on writing more songs inspired by musicians such as Cosmo Pyke, 30/70 and Vulfpeck.
