Artist:Jamie MacDowell

Jamie MacDowell is a lyric-focussed singer/songwriter/guitarist. Over the last four years, Jamie has blended his Funk, Roots, and hip-hop influences into his own brand of acoustic rhythm and word. Touring internationally with the Australian Circus/Hip Hop act, the Tom Tom Crew has allowed Jamie to perform his unique arrangements of original songs in bars and cafes through-out Europe, the USA, the Uk, and Australia with a projected program set for the Woodford Folk Festival 11/12. Jamie has recently enjoyed a national and international reaction to his song 'Sister', which climbed to Number 1 on the Australian Soundtrack Charts in July, 2011, after featuring in the Australian TV Drama, Offspring. With one completed recording project, and one currently in development, Jamie is excited to release his new 'writ' to the digital world, and begin focusing on the Live arenas.
