Jess Macc is a Sydney-born, indie singer/songwriter, and she's fresh to hit the Aussie music scene as a solo artist. She has spent the last 8 years in California working as a photographer in fashion, sports and music; whilst also lending her talents to non-profit organisations.
Music and photography have always been her dual passions and that's why, at the beginning of this year, she was all too ready to return to Australia and take a deep-dive into studio-life with producer Daniel Natoli. 2020 has brought the release of Macc's debut single, "Win Some, Lose Some", and a busy year of making music in the studio. "Hater" is Macc's follow up single, inspired by basic girls – haters that need to put other women down to make themselves feel better. It's an anthem that empowers the victims to fight back.
