Joe Carvosso has been performing as a professional musician for several years and in late 2011 launched Joe Carvosso & The Pleasures. Combining a unique stage presence and delightful tunes the lineup met with immediate success and great enjoyment from audiences. Many have described the music style as reminiscent of that from yesteryear, and in particular the 1930s and 40s. These old school grooves combined with influences such as reggae and folk produce a widespread audience appeal for young and old alike. The last couple months have seen the band’s debut album take shape marvellously, with the first single off of the album, Not The One being released in August.
