Joel William Harrison is an Australian singer songwriter guitarist self medicating through the process of creating/making music. “I guess you could say it's like therapy in a way for my good, bad and subjective thoughts. It can start as a conversation or an idea that will just stick with you, niggling away until finished. Maybe a day, maybe a week or longer… and even if I don’t realise it my overactive subconscious will be working away in the background”. “People are always caught up trying to pigeonhole artists to describe their sound - which I do as Pofoco (a blend of pop/folk and country). But all I’m really trying to do is get the songs out earnestly, not only for me but to hopefully provide a soundtrack for peoples lives.
