Bio

Jordan F is a producer from Sydney, Australia who makes 80’s synthesizer music with a modern fidelity. Starting out at the beginning of the second wave of dreamwave artists (the scene that had just come off MySpace) Jordan quickly rose through the ranks, showing himself as a producer with enhanced musicality and a knack for retro flair without the constructions of genre.

He was quickly picked up by the elite of the 80's revival scene, Rosso Corsa Records (home to Mitch Murder and Miami Nights 1984) and, after flexing his musical muscles on numerous remixes and an EP, his debut album 'Slipstream' was finally released in 2014.

In the wake of 2016 he has released his sophomore album ‘Timelines’ featuring vocals from Dana Jean Phoenix, Morilla, Quails and Le Cassette. The album treads the lifting, laid back and hazy nostalgia path laid by the likes of Electric Youth and College and marks a new chapter in Jordan's retro synth journey.

"This is a producer who thinks beyond the usual suspects. Retro for retro’s sake isn’t cool. Jordan F takes those influences and repurposes them for the current generation" - Happy

Love yr collection of influences - so accurate.
I took off my scrunchie and let down my crimped hair for this exceptional listening experience. Thank you.

I love the patience of this track. A really measured approach let's you be immersed in the song before you're even aware. If you loved Touch Sensitive's Pizza Guy; here's your next favourite artist.
