Bio

JULIAN WA's self titled debut EP, released in late 2017, was a bold introduction to the alluring style of avant-garde folk pop.

Bloom (Wa’s first Single) is a wildly oscillating blend of psychedelia, folk and pop, with innovative melodic and instrumental twist and turns throughout. Bloom darts in and out of focus, a journey unto itself which creates a series of beautiful, unforgettable moments along the way. Wa’s dreamy, hypnotic sound can truly take you to another world.

It's not here for a long time but it's fleetingly beautiful nonetheless.

Shoegaze for days, the psychedelic spaciousness of this tune is wonderous. Mysterious even, it's cool to be able to step into your world.

I always dig when you can hear the room in the recording. This, quite literally is, bathing in the morning sun. Gorgeous.
