With their debut EP 'Don't Fall Far' released in June 09 The Apples are ready to share their sweet sounds with the greater public. ‘Don’t Fall Far’ was produced, mixed and mastered by Ian Pritchett and Gene Mitchell of Noisegate Studios. Several Noisegate-produced releases have garnered international critical acclaim and chart successes, including the last four The Beautiful Girls albums and Angus & Julia Stone's last album 'A Book Like This' which hit platinum sales. The Kandy Apples aim to join these ranks and become known and loved by people near and far. Early 2009 brought the final touches to the final tracks, while singer Meaghan featured in the ‘6 Beers of Separation’ internet/TV show which took her to the USA to meet up with various industry figures on her journey to meet the brothers Madden from ‘Good Charlotte’.
