Bio

Having played at some of Sydney's most iconic venues including the Lansdowne Hotel, The Bald Faced Stag and even a stint on a boat in the middle of Sydney Harbour, Karmic Dirt shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. What began as merely a pipe dream between a drummer and a guitarist in mid 2011, soon gained momentum with the inclusion of Polish born Pawel Rybus. Bringing to the table his jazz influenced bass stylings, his presence is firmly cemented in songs such as "I can't save you" and "stranded". This in combination with the blues stylings of guitarist/singer Matthew Nelson and hard rock/metal stylings of Michael Hornby, Karmic Dirt have forged their own sound in the Sydney Rock scene. Influences spanning from The Living End to Electric Mary, Billy Talent to AC/DC, their main aim is to make sure you leave the venue well and truly rocked out. With their newly released Demo and Debut EP in the works, Karmic Dirt will be sure to leave a lasting impression wherever they play.
