Artist:Kibbs & Mac Folklaw

Kibbs & Mac Folklaw is about telling stories through song. It’s about acknowledging life—the good bits and the not-so-good bits—and celebrating that, regardless. Both Kibbs and Mac started performing during their teen years. They have over a decade’s experience performing in various acts along the central-eastern coast of Australia. In early 2012 the pair decided to collaborate and compiled a series of original songs. Although Kibbs and Mac do not prescribe to a set genre, they describe their music as garage, folk/pop rock. With support from members of the Newcastle music industry, their work has taken shape as a 5-track EP recording that will be released and officially launched in early 2014.
