Bio

Kiko Smokes is the brand new project from two members of Birds Of Tokyo, a member of Kim Churchill’s band and a former breakfast radio producer.

Ian Berney, Glenn Sarangapany, Michael Hardy and Jono Harrison spent the better half of 2016 writing, and developing their live show in their hometown of Sydney.

After testing the waters with Pins and Needles, the band released their first single 'Headline'.

The self-produced single was engineered by Nathan Sheehy (Birds Of Tokyo, Dune Rats) and mixed by Ian Pritchett (Boo Seeka, Angus & Julia Stone, Cog).

Kiko Smokes have recently released their second single 'Who's Your New Best Friend?'.
The song, written about a couple whose small misgivings have been allowed to grow into larger issues for the relationship, comes self-produced by Kiko Smokes out of sessions in Annandale.
