Henry, Peter and Patrick have been actively making sweet, sweet music since 2007. It wasn’t until two years later that the trio became a quartet when lead singer Kim joined the band. It was at this turning point that the band became known as Kirby Street. Hailing from Sydney, this suburban sided band first begun their musical career in the confines of their high school. Kirby Street’s first ever live performance was even played in front of their entire student body. Despite it being their first performance neither fears nor nerves stopped the rollercoaster ride that is the music of Kirby Street. Currently the band is working on a collection of original songs. Plans for their opening EP have been drawn up and their first compilation of songs intends to collaborate the very different musical preferences of the band’s members.
