Bio

Kuji Koo is Australia's new up-coming producer/DJ live act duo. With their high-grade production and energetic sets incorporating live performance, the duo are making waves in the electronic music scene. Comprised of childhood friends Logan and David, both aged in their 20's, the pair produce music non-stop in their Adelaide based studio. With glorious keytar melodies played over retro influenced house beats, Kuji Koo blend the past into the future, producing disco and house tracks inspired by artists such as Kaytranada, Daft Punk and Young Franco. Their sound takes cues from 90's house production, but blends with the big synths of future-funk and big bass from garage house music. With Logan's technical and pianistic knowledge mixed with David's drumming prowess and years of being a live DJ, the Kuji Koo duo share a vision of creating electronic music that is truly performed live and is carthatic and memorable for the audience. "Their smooth electronic grooves were created on stage with a blend of live drum pads, keytar, a sleek Nord keyboard, and pre-recorded samples. The duo are sure to be be making waves in the Adelaide club scene in the near future. There were sprinklings of jazz in the live keys solos as he effortlessly flitted up and down the ivories. Kuji Koo have a future of jumping dancefloors" - Yewth Magazine For their most recent live performances, Kuji Koo have supported Luke Million, Willow Beats and Hartway.

Such a cheeky house thumper you can almost smell the glasses of wine that a hen's party has spilled on it.

The vocal production here is enough for four stars but the there’re those stabbing synths to bring it all home
