Kytes of Omar are: Joseph Russo (lead guitar/back up vocals), Michael Iuliano (bass guitar/back up vocals), Anthony Candlish (lead vocals/guitar) and Matt Boulden (drums). Kytes of Omar's unique style of music is a fusion of fast, raw, high energy garage rock with elements of psychedelic fuzz underlined by a pop sensibility. Kytes of Omar recorded their debut Self Titled EP in 2007, at Industry Studios in Adelaide. The EP placed within the top ten upon release in the AWESAM charts (South Australian Music Industry Association Charts: Local Releases). From working upon the initial trials and lessons from the debut EP, and earning experience from extensive amounts of performances. The band followed up in 2008 with the well received EP Let's Go Diagonal; this EP was produced at Hillside Studios under the guidance of respected South Australian producer Matt Hills (Wolf and Cub, Fire Santa Rosa Fire).
