Bio
Lachlan X. Morris is a Newcastle-based artist releasing his own bent brand of vintage velveteen power pop.
His latest single, ‘Pick Up The Knife’, is a dangerously no-fuss power pop song inspired by 90’s Australiana rock n roll and the more savage moments from The White Album. A song about being impatient and just getting on with things. With guitar licks that’ll give you third degree burns and sparring horn lines to keep you on your toes, this one doesn’t muck around.
'Pick Up The Knife' is the first single to be taken from Lachlan's upcoming 4th album 'Muscle Memory'.

Guessing/hoping this is what parties in the '70s were like cos it's fun as hell.

Great new one from LXM here. You've loosened the shackles with some '70s psych leanings and stretched it all out like a pressed fruit snack. Tasty and also good for you.
