Bio

Folk/rock singer songwriter Latehorse hails from Donnybrook WA.
With a distinctive voice and heartfelt lyrics, he has established a loyal following in the West Australian live music scene.

Latehorse released his debut EP ‘To The Bloom’ in December 2013, which was recorded and produced by Noah Shilkin at Sonic Lolly studio in Margaret River WA. The album is a thought provoking mix of percussive guitar and raw vocals, and several tracks have been broadcast on community radio stations Australia wide as part of Amrap’s Airit program.

Following on from the success of the EP, Latehorse was included on WAM's ‘Sounds of the South West’ compilation album with his track Hungry For Your Love.

He has performed at various events including Perth State of the Art Festival, Nannup Music Festival and Emergence Creative Festival, along with other local festivals and venues. He opened for Samantha Jade as part of her Regional Telstra Pop-Up Gig in Bunbury and recently supported iconic rock band ‘Dragon’ as part of their Endless Summer Tour.

Latehorse released his second EP ‘Hungry’ in March 2015, featuring the title track 'Hungry For Your Love'. It draws universal truths from personal context and shines a light for those in the dark.

With 'Hungry' under his belt, and another album already underway, he aspires to engage new audiences and continue to share his music as a regional Australian artist.
