Laurasia, once a seemingly eternal continental body from the deep past has evolved into the multi-coloured electro-pop duo of Jessica Wigglesworth and Nathan Morrison. Laurasia combines the elements of classic songwriting with sonicscapes of the present, neo-retro, future, causing an explosively danceable reaction. The name could be considered representative of their inter-continental collaboration, between Brisbane and London. Laurasia has recently released their bedroom-studio produced, first single, “Rainmaker”.
