Bio

There aren’t many humans on this planet that deal in unabashed, fruity fun like Australia’s Little Fritter. Over the last decade, the Gold Coast-based artist has peddled his technicolour good times across the dance scene, first as a DJ and promoter in his homeland Australia with regular slots and residences at some of the country’s most-loved events such as Melbourne’s Revolver, Lost Paradise, Future Music, The BUNKER, Subsonic, and his own Me and You and GOGO TROPICO events, and further abroad at international institutions including Love Parade and Club De Visionaere in Germany, Barcelona’s Off-Sonar, and London’s Spilt Milk, among many others. As a producer, Fritter’s sound took hold with a set of releases on Moon Harbour, Hudd Traxx, Catwash, and One Records, with each record showcasing his raw talent for insatiable grooves and tunes that lock you on the dancefloor with intoxicating allure. And it wasn’t just the dancers that were drawn to Fritter’s rhythms; adding a remix for house don Ricardo Villalobos to his growing list of wins, along with his collaborative project Nil By Mouth (with fellow Aussie’s Zare and Alex James) clocking up considerable support across the scene and landing a feature on the lauded Circoloco compilation. Crossing his sound into the real world, Little Fritter levelled up in 2019 for one of his biggest years yet, teaming up with best mate FISHER for three sold out gigs at LA’s Shrine Expo warming up for the legend Chris Lake, quickly followed by his set at EDC, and sell-out shows in Detroit, Seattle and San Francisco. This continual groundswell was echoed across streaming platforms as well with the 2019 release of “Higher” – a peak time house stormer which defined his percussive, pacific flavoured tech house sound. “Higher” made serious headway in both Australian and US playlists, finding fans from LA to Ibiza and every dancefloor in between, as well as grabbing the attention of the most influential music tastemakers landing him a place in the coveted Housewerk and Friday Cratediggers’ playlists. In 2020 with the world on hold Little Fritter is keeping busy behind the scenes, further fine tuning his unique flavour of fun with releases set to drop on tastemaker labels such as Hot Creations, Solotoko, Catch & Release and etcetc. Armed with this arsenal of fresh party favours, Little Fritter is chomping at the bit to light up the dancefloor once again and connect with global family of fans.

Fruity, endless, good fun with Little Fritter. This is the perfect track to bump up any day. When festivals return I hope you're on every set list because this is the kind of party, good time energy we need in our lives.
