Little Grandeur began as the solo project of Will Baylis, ex front man of UK pop-punk band The Hot Melts (Wonderland/Epitaph Records). Inspired by his parents record collection of Chuck Berry, The Beatles, and Elvis Presley, Will began writing songs and performing in bands at a young age. After working with producers such as Marc McClusky (Bad Religion, Weezer) and Mike Crossey (The 1975, Arctic Monkeys), Will toured the UK, Europe, and SXSW alongside artists such as Cage the Elephant, The Kooks, Echo and the Bunnymen, Tenacious D, Albert Hammond Jnr., and Hoodoo Gurus. After the Hot Melts disbanded, Will recorded his debut solo album, Tiny Little Grandeur, in his seaside hometown near Liverpool. Moving away from his pop-punk roots, Tiny Little Grandeur is an album comprised of smart and catchy indie pop songs with strains of folk and 50’s rocknroll.
