Artist:Little Pleasures

Little Pleasures are an Indie Alternative Rock Duo from Australia. Not like most artists, they write songs with each other via internet as they don’t see each other very often. Guitarist Aaron (Lawrie), from Newcastle, will regularly put down a rough song idea and email it to Singer Tania (Murray) in Sydney. Little Pleasures have a real light and dark shade to their music. Aaron’s original guitar ideas are deeply random, sounding anything from crazy, to delicate, to hypnotic and mechanical. Each of these song ideas stir up visual atmospheres which is where Tania plucks her lyrics and melodies from. Over the past year they have professionally recorded some of their songs with Producer Melvin Tree (Leroy Lee, James Edgar Francis) from home studios and in various recording studios in the Sydney and Lake Macquarie area.
